I purchase sofa from green tag by paying aroung 26K onMay 08 which was delivered to me in Sep-08. But from the January 10 the leather was peeling off which I informed to Green tag Many times. But there was no response. Then I book a complaint in the Month of March-10 online on their website. They told me that leather is not under warrenty. So I have to pay total amount. After long discussion and follow up atlast they ask for @ 7K for repairing. Again they told us this problem was there for almost all the customer to whom sofa was delivered and leather used was not proper. Again they told us the delear of sofa was new so it happen and customer has to pay the amount though there is no any role of customer for the componies vendor development. It is companies responsibility to deliver good product to customer if he is paying good amount for the product.

But still we accepted to pay the above said amount. But when we got delivery of sofe it was worst or one can say it is not a worth what we pay for. Even their person who come for delivery do accept that.
