Defective mattress

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a pair of kurl on mattress from Station Sub Area Canteen, Dehradun cantt. vide bill no.079739 dt 30.10.09. amounting Rs 4488/-. After about 5 months these both mattresses started giving problem like getting pressed in the center also its stitching getting open on both the sides.. I had given written complain to Canteen Manager, instead of replacing he directed me to CSD Depot Dehradun. Who in turn asked me to directly do the complain to Kurl on Co. Two times Icarried the mattress to canteen and CSD depot, I also checked from local kurl on authorised dealer at Dehradun, he also refused to replaced. Then I lost the hope then one of my friendtold me to do complain to consumer forum.

Sir please help me in replacing the mattress, I will be very grateful to you.
