No replacement of broken mirro

Hello Sir/Madam,

I had purchased wardrobe (closet) from houseFull furniture shop in worli, looking at advertisement in mumbai mirror.. I made full cash payment in advance of rupees 11, 200 for wardrobe on 27 may. bill no. 2185.

they promised to send it at home within 1 week so as it would be setup on 3 june.

they did not send it on 3rd june, after repeated calls, they send it after 20 days. after receiving parts it was assemble 1 week later on 27 june. that too after numerous phone calls.

at assembly they found mirror broken, so asked to wait for 2 days for replacement of mirror. however, till now no replacement has been sent for broken mirror.

i cannot go for follow up repeatedly to HouseFull furniture shop as I am pregnent women. now, they do not answer calls nor give any update about the broken mirror. I had to make more than 100 phone calls for receiving and assembling of wardrobe and how many phone calls should I make to get this broken mirror fixed.

I would request for money back for harassment, mental tension and inconvenience.
