False representation of officials of bebeautiful.in
I have register in BeBeautiful Site on 11th Jan and I haven't received the gift hamper. In their website (www.bebeautiful.in) they mentioned clearly that " Every registration would entitle a consumer to receive gift hamper containing a variety of HUL products. Post registration every consumer shall receive an auto generated SMS with the delivery of gift hamper within 10 working days "
Every consumer post registration would be telephonically contacted by us there after the consumer will be required to give their residential address for delivery of the aforesaid hamper - according to that I have given them my full residential address details so that the gift would be reached hassel free in time.
I also give ffeedback to them a no. times regarding this but they don't respond me at all . (the same has happend to a no. of customers who always aks them about the gift hampers that they promised i.e - I have not got my gift yet. It has been more than 5 months that I have registered with the site.. When it will be delivered?). It is a clear indication that HUL is making a false statement
regarding delivery of the said gift hamper.
