Billing the consumer even after the disconnection period

My land line no - 040-40175685.

Location Hyderabad.

WORST CONSUMER SERVICE.

I was using the airtel broadband connection for nearly two years and never felt any issue. The Issue started when I got an abroad oppourtunity and where i have to vacat my place.

I had requested for deactivation on 9th May and service req no is also 32275618. They clearly said that within 8 days the connection will be disconnected. I also told them as im vaccating the rental place i will hand over the instrument and modem to the neighbors. For which the representative assured that it will be done smoothly and said that i had to pay only the bill that will get generated on May 26.

As per his instruction i had paid the May 26th Bill in Full. To my suprise now i received June month bill.. Not sure on what kind of service these AIRTEL people are providing.

And I will not pay the Bill that was generated on June for which i had never used even one minute of your service. Kindly revoke that bill and stop creating any defamation against my credit worthiness.

I also raised 3 to 4 times complaints thru my account access online. All these service they just keep it for show. Never seen these requests are correctly handled. After repeated mail and frustrations and defamation of my credit worthiness i am loggin this complaint to let know the POOREST service of INDIA'S largest network.

I dont want to say this, but im forced to... when i had made a service complaint here in USA for my telephone billing, it was resolved within 1 hour and the correct details were reflecting in my online my account login.

AIRTEL please increase your standards, make your consumers feel proud of taking service from you. You are a Private player, it doesnt boost with only having more number of consumers.. also just check the number consumers unhappy with your services.

Hope my complaint would be heard thru this consumer forum which the TRAI is monitoring.
