I have ordered one Reebok watch on Bag It today online on date 21/08. But after having so many times conversation with your customer department I have not received my product yet. I had filed one complain for this and again I had wait for 25 days. Your answer for same complain I have pasted below. My membership No. ITBC10429106 and my Billing Id no is 998657818. So can you please tell me will I get my product in 2010 or not. I think its been worst case company like India today group for reminding again and again for getting my product.

Product not received
Sir I have booked 1 Reebok watch worth Rs. 299 /- on Bag it today online on date 21/08. But till date 26/10, I have called at least 8 times to their customer service department inquiring about my product. My Billing ID for this shopping is 998657818. All the time Bag it Today customer service told me that you get your product within 7-8 days. Now I am frustrated complaining their customer service department. Please let me help either to get my money back or my product.
