I had placed an order for Bata Shoes against web order no. 998663907. Alongwith the pair of shoes I received a no. of substandard free items as follows:
1 no. Reebok sipper which leaks
1 no. wallet & key chain set where the ring of the key chain is rusted.
Further the Bata shoe ordered for looked old & second hand & was covered with dust.
Also the website clearly mentions "If this is your first purchase, you will get a Free Reebok Classic Watch as your Welcome gift". I have yet to receive this gift.
It is sad that a reputed Organization like India Today is offering junk as a lure to con Customers to buy products online.
