I ordered a Verona Lifestyle Bag on 16 December By paying through Credit Card a Total amount of Rs.798. Bagittoday confirmed the payment both through the message as well as e-mail stating:
"Dear Namrata, thank you for your order. Your order id is 1001377262 amount 798.0 dated:12-16 22:30:02.0. You have paid by credit card. delivery in 2-3 weeks. You will receive an e-mail and sms with dispatch details soon. Bag It Today Concierge. TnC apply."
Even after repeated phone calls to their customer care helpline number 0120-4112424 there was no response and no reply even through the website portal of complaints and queries.
Kindly look into the matter as it is already over 4 weeks.
