Bag It Today
Product not received, refund not received

Hi,

I had placed an order (Order Id 1001634917) on 1st Jan. I continously ran after Bag It Today for 3 months for getting my ordered delivered.

Last month they finally sent me a mail saying that refund has been processed. But the mail mentioned nothing about the account to which the refund had been sent. No transaction is reflecting in my account related to this refund.

I have called them plenty of times to tell me the details, but there is no response.

It has been a horrible experience with them.

Hope some authorities look into how these companies cheat their customers.
