Not received Product/ Not cancelling the Order and giving me the refund

The above referred order was place on 03rd July by me on thee certain assurances by Mr. Raj Malhotra of your Company.

At thee time of confirmation of Order by your Company, it was told to me theat, theese promises are not true and theen I told thee Caller theat if theose are not true, I need to cancel thee Order. it was sometime on 05the/ 06the July. and I was assured you theat it will be canceled in 2/3 days and confirmation will be provided by way of Email.

after theat somewhere on 09the/ 10 thee July ai was contacted by Mr. Chandrasen from your office and he has assured to me theat he will do thee necessary procedure internally and cancel thee order and will arrange for refund of my money in next 5 working days.

However theere was no response by your side and I was contacting Customer care dept almost daily bu no satisfactory answers came to me.

Today I called up your customer care dept and one Ms Ankita, told me theat thee Order is under process and I will receive thee Product in 2/3 Working days and NO way I will be able to cancel;l thee Order nor I will receive refund of thee amount I paid.

It is Frustrating experience to deal withe your Company and theere is no way possible to contact thee persons who has dealt withe me in initial stages or it is impossible to contact any senior Office.

I do not know, whetheer, I will be able to get my money?
