For shifting of internet connection, cutomer care executive informed that it will be fix in 2-5 days
but the complaint is still it is pending Because of poorest coordination amoung Beam broadband service staff, in solving the cutomer issue, the connection need to be shifted with in the same locality in new address Hno. 18-3-463/1/195, Rajannabavi, shivaji Nagar hyderabad 5000053. just 400 mts form existing connection, no efforts were made from BeamTelecom team, in lie of not fixing the problem, i want refund.
