I had lodged a compliant regarding increase in Bill amount.
Also I told to reduce the tarrif (Rent) even then the rent was not reduced, then I told to cancel the internet connection even then they did not bother they are demanding the bill i did not use for 2 months i told them to disconnect the connection even then they have charged for those 2 months.
