My internet connection doesn’t seem to work and I keep getting the limited excess message very often. I am shocked and surprise of the broadband services provided by airtel with frequent disconnection of broadband and landline. This is serious pain. I have invested lot of my time, energy and money and just to raise and complaints. It appears you don’t pay any heed. I am paying my money to get the services of internet not to RAISE COMPLAINT WHICH NEVER GET RESOLVED.
This very frustrating for the customer who has an impeccable paying record and in return not the getting service for which the money was paid. Either correct it or admit you are incompetent and refund all my money
