I contact your customer care executive cancellation dept (farhana) at about 09:15 A.M. on today (01/Apr). She was unable to regier my complaint/ greviences online. she suugest me to mail on you about the disconnection/ disconnect the line. She is unable to give local (Bhopal) office for disconnection applcation to register by hand (offline).
It treat it as urgent and disconnect as early as possible and confirm me the complaint and suggestion detail. My alternative Mobile No 9425373106 .
please send me the remaining dues after disconnecting the line.
