I have brought a book from bookshopofindia.com ten days back.
still i haven't got the book even though i have informed them via email
. It's highly regrettable that their customercare team had not contacted me
so far. I want to know reason for this delay in dispatching the book.
If response from their side is in this manner I would request for the refund
of money I spent. So kindly request consumer complaint forum to take notice
of this matter.
