I had perchased 2 books online from BOOK SHOP OF INDIA in the month of September - 2011.
After online payment they did not communicate regading delivery of Books by mail/phone. Their customer service number do not pick up after 2.00 clock afternoon.
When they delivered 2 books, one of the book they delivered was very old while they had taken charge of new books.
Their Service and support is really poor.
