I had ordered RAYBAN Sunglasses from timesdeal under an offer on 9th Nov. Afer few days I recieved a call from times deal that the order cannot be processed due to technical difficulties and the money will be returned. It's been three weeks & out of the INR 1500 only 149 Has been refunded. I am still waiting for the INR 1349 refund. Please advice next course of action.
