Tikona broadband no connection and no refund since last 3 months
Hi,
I applied for broadband connection and tikona executive reached my place and verified the signal and assured that the signal is good and asked me to choose a plan and I opted 6 months rental plan INR 799/- PM by paying inr 5293/- In cash on 27 feb. Later their technical team approached to my place and said there is no signal, so installation wont be done. And said I will get refund within 2 weeks.
From that day onwards I didnt get any refund of a single rupee and their response is also not good. Instead of refund, they called me many times to make the payment of monthly charges even without installation.
I called up the customer care several times and always they need one month time to send my refund back. I spent more money on my calls to their customer care.
After 3 months they again called and said your refund will be settled in one month.
I would like to tell the pain and misleading information by tikona to other people and get refund through this forum.
