on dated 13th April I requested to activate mobile office service by sms and requested to deactivate on dated 15th April by sms service and the same was confirmed. But it was utter surprise that mobile office reactivated itself without my concern and the amount of Rs. 25/- each day has been deducted from my account. the matter was taken up with customer care but no fruitfull solution found. then we contacted via phone to area commander but he said he will call back, after that i recieved a phone call from the following number 919831049673 on 17th april at about 4:18pm asking to deactivate again, I could not understand after deactivating how come my mobile activated and my hard earned money whipped out without any reason. then I recieved 5 - 10 sms from the same mobile no. 919831049673 to deactivate the service again, But when I ask about my debited amount he kept mum. and till 30th april there is no reply from area commander and the customer care.
