I have ordered a product cowon v5 on cowonindia.in, firstly, they assured that delivery of product is not possible as it is out of stock and when asked for refund then told that processed but not received yet then asked for information against refund then mailed me the attached file then contacted EBS and got information that this payment id can't be processed as the EBS account of merchant is in minus. So kindly take stern action against cowonindia.in.
