I have made two purchases from the above mentioned website. First, it was a shower gel from a brand called H2O (order number: 52590). While the order for the shower gel was placed on Sept 7, I did not receive it until third week of October, after which I was forced to cancel the order.
Second, was two lighters from a brand called Swiss Military (order number: 63881). The second order for the lighters was placed on September 26, and I received it in the second week of October. The problem was that the order was defective. Both lighters were defective. After reading the terms and conditions for returning the product, I called them immediately, and have been waiting for the defective products to be picked up from my office, returned, and replaced.
I have been frustrated with the service, calling fashionandyou.com on the number mentioned on their website (0124 473 4999) every single day since I received it on October 15, and I get the same reply every single time. They keep telling me the courier service (Blue Dart) will contact me, and collect the order, and so on. However, its been 10-12 days since I have complained and there has been no action at all. This has gone on to such an extent, that I have canceled the order for the lighters, refusing a replacement, and requesting a credit back on my credit card, but there has been no sign of that either.
Any help will be much appreciated!
