Hamper not delivered on time & date

Dear Sir

I have booked one Gift Hamper on 17.11.2010 & same has been registered over phone (Booking ID 700587484) for midnight delivery. Company has neither delivered till 18.11.2010 day 4 pm nor inform me. On my query they informed me that receiver address is very far away from our office, please note that it was my appr. 4th order on this same web site & they did not inform me about this while ordering.

This web site played with my emotions for my sister & it should be punished for this. I recommand at least 10 times penelty should be there so that they should understand the senstivity of relations.
