Purchased Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 P3100 with VISA card (HDFC Bank, Visa Verified) and got email from flipkart confirming that order is completed and item shipped. Got sms from bank intimating purchase. I have not yet received the product.
Subsequently received email from flipkart asking for identity/address proof (passport, driving license, ration card, pan card).
I sent ration and pan card by email (as directed).
Flipkart Customer service is claiming non-receipt of my repeated emails with these documents. I have repeatedly confirmed the
email address with them. I have received neither the product nor refund!
Customer service is unclear of the process and unable to sort this out.
Online status of order is "payment received".
