My Debit Card is Blocked by which I have made transaction on Goibibo.com. So You might have got that message at the time of processing the refund. After long communication with the Bank I come to know all this matter. The Bank have told me that as your card is blocked you may not receive the amount of any merchant in your bank account. My Card is blocked by the Bank at the time of issuing New Debit Card. So I am giving you my ICICI Bank A/c no., MICR Code and IFSC Code to process the refund through ECS at urgent Basis.
