Dear Sir/Madam,
I have requested for the broadband (hathway cable) disconnection on 26th March. But the request has not been completed and when I called today (31-March), they told me someone called from hathway. But I hadn't received any call from hathway. And as per their status, they are telling that, connection has been withdrawn.
Also, today when I was requesting to refund the amount and disconnect it today only. The CRM didn't talk to me in good manner. She said something in kannada which I didn't understand. When I asked what did you say, she said sorry.
I would like the connection to be disconnected today (31-Mar) otherwise, they will charge some extra amount for next month also. Kindly help in this regard.
