Misguided about the tarrif period

Myself MAMTA GUPTA customour of hathway internet services. we have taken a plan of 1500 rs for 4 (four) months between 01-04 to 01-08. my recipt no. is 402 my ID is mg-17 and my adress in 17/73 subhash nagar new delhi but my connection was disconnected after two and half months. i complaint about this about 10 times but there is no any response.

plz sort out my problem AND COMPENCIATE.
