Delay in refund

I have done a online shopping from HOMESHOP18 using my credit card over phone (Ph No: 1860-1800-918). The order no 702264327 on 26-12. On 27-12 I had cancelled the same. I was given a cancellation no 2733923 dated 27-12 and was also promised that within 96 hours my money will get credited to my account.

Please guide me under what guidelines of RBI online/telephonic transactions and their refunds are regulated. Is there any time limit for the merchant for refund?
