Not answering about the refund

Yesterday i made acomplaint thru you for the microwave IFB make which was ordered by me on homeshop18 but even their confirmation and several calls at last i got the the mail stating they fails to supply the microwave as they are not capable.

in meanwhil the amount was already deducted from my account but till date even 12 days passed the amount was not credited to my acount.

today i receive a call from an employee named Ms Raashi who given the phone no. 0120-4691664 and ensured that by evening she will confirm the payment detail how they have paid.

It is now 8 pm no call received from them -i am giving a reqest to those who order online to this co. please think before ordering on there capacity and delivery.it is a bad experience with me if i will save some one else it will be grateful for me and this site.
