Product change

I had ordered through their portal for a kid's encyclopedia cd. but, a different product was delivered. when i took up the matter with them, instead of owning up the mistake and replace the product, they mumbled the vendor was correct. eventually they wanted me to send back the cd in original packing. members, beware of dealing with the online portal since my conversation and correspondence with them revealed that they have no genuine concern for the business. ravichandar, chennai
