I had placed an order of 3 items (bouquet, cake and chocolate) on 13th for 13th midnight at bhopal. Floristonlineindia could not deliver on 13th midnight. They delivered bouquet and cake on 14th midnight, chocolate was not delivered. The order number is CART27057347.
They charged me extra for midnight delivery but didn't deliver it on time. Delivered as per their convenience with one less item. They have eaten my money, they should get punished for this!!!
I have been calling them on 91-9881888888 (given over the site) since 13th evening but they are not picking up the phone. I had a talk with them before placing the order but once the order is placed they are not receiving my calls. I sent 2 emails also but haven't got any response yet.
They have made me frustrated and I want this site to be blocked in any case. They display over the site that they provide Same Day Delivery but can not do so... and have not given the facility to check the order status online. They are faking and should be blocked.
The might be doing with other customers also... they are cheating!!
I need your help to give a lesson to such cheaters.. Any assistance would be really appreciable.
