Sir/ madam

hi,

I had booked tickets for a round trip on 23rd & 30rd March via this site, but as the transaction failed and the amount has been deducted from my bank account but the tickets have not been booked. after repetative calls.. & emails... they are not responding back to us. They have committed refund of amount in 8-10 working days.. but since this is the 15'th day... we have neither received the refund nor got any clue about it from ibibo.

i request u to kindly look in this matter.
