Wrong promise loss of time energy and dismay caused

Dear Sir

At the outset I have to convey to you that undersigned has four mobile 9810105801, 9910105801, 9810086801, 9818035801 one landline 01204104083 and internet connection paying Rs 4000.00 plus bill every month.

I have a incident to share with you. I received a call from airtel for IPTV connection as upgrade to the internet connection. I consented and a executive was scheduled to visit me.

The executive who visited me carried executive code 25008 and team code 7904, name Mr Manoj, tel no 9810617829, He filled a form no s.f.s. no: IP 1092 089077 took declaration from me and a cheque of rs 1750.00.

I was promised connection by 7.00 pm on Sunday the 11 th july. On this day I was 40 km away from my home. I made it certain to reach home. At 6 pm I called for the time when I could expect the gentleman. To my surprise I was told whole airtel server is Down and connection could not be done. Change of schedule was not informed to me.

It was not convincing how does the installation work of drill etc be affected by server down. I wasted my day and the evening. I wanted to speak to the senior. he gave me Mr Naveen's No as 9871235952. who in turn did not give any satisfactory reply as to why I was not informed by them about change in schedule . i wanted to speak to the senior but could not get the contact number. He again confirmed the stand of the junior that the connection shall be done by tuesday.

this evening I reached home to find that the connection is still not done. I called Mr Manoj to find his mobile Off. The other executive Mr Naveen expressed as if it was not Tuesday today. He disconnected by call at lease 10 times and did not pick phone for 15 times.

How cowardice.

Can airtel not face its customers???

Did The executive not owe responsibility to call to inform change in schedule to avoid inconvenience to me???

It is routine or customary for Airtel to ditch the customer like that???

Do I not have right to receive compensation for the loss of time energy and dismay caused to me???

What policy the Airtel has to punish such executives???
