I ordered a bouquet of Balloons (Hellium filled) costing Rs 1175 on 29th of dec to be delivered to cochin. They delivered a small packet of 10 small balloons not inflated which would have cost Rs 5. I tried calling them and e-mailing them, no replies so far.
Please pass on this information. This is a fraud company.
