You all should give thanks to your luck that you are not physically dealing with customers otherwise you would have face dire consequences for the suffering that results from false committment from your end. I am really feel sorry for myself that i am citizen of a country where people like you would go to any extent to earn few money like this. Rs.548/- is not a big matter for us but if you are motivated to earn money by this way, then i can understand why E-commerce business in india is shame for us unlike other countries where they have moral left in them.
