I had ordered a book titled Product Lifecycle Management: Driving the Next Generation of Lean Thinking
for Rs. 374/- and had paid money by visa card. After almost a month of waiting, infibeam.com cancelled my order
and promised me to refund me my money.
They cancelled with Sub Order - 17378374 and now it's more than 4 months have been passed
i am still waiting for the refund to come in my account.
I have mailed and called their customer service many times and now i am tired of asking them again and again.
This is pure cheating of customers on internet and government must do something to protect consumer rights.
I want immediate reply from infibeam.com on this issue.
