I have placed an order (Order # HIOF-050520119) On 8th of May through (www.indiaonlinflorists.com). To our suprise, the product was not delivered and when we called up customer care, they said, the order had been cancelled from their end. But, the amount is still not credited back to my account. I used ICICI CreditCard to pay amount.

I called up more than 10 times to customer care (ph : 91-9230765100). Every time, they said it takes 10 to 15 days. I waited for 20 days. Even after 20 days, they asked to wait. Recently last 4 days back onwards, they started saying amount credited to my account on 19th of May.

Totally incorrect. It was never credited. I just checked now with my back people also. It is still not credited. I dont understand why customer care ppl lie to me.

And also, On website, when I click on OrderStatus after logging in, it is still asking me to login repeatedly. Orderstatus functionality is not at all there. It looks dummy.

If they realled credit the amount to my account, they at least should have sent a mail to my registered email Id

that amount credited to my account. I have no such notification on either my email or phone.

I request you to look into this ASAP and do the needful
