Applied for an internet connection on 15.07. during the collection of application and payment by their representative its been promised that will get the internet connection within 10 days from the date of receipt of application. Whereas till today i.e.14.09.11 no connection has been provided and i have been registered the complaint through their customer service cell and the complaint number is 3735972. So far no action has been taken for providing the connection or for the reimbursement for the payment collected.
