I had reserved a ticket from new delhi to gaya of 29th october by online web portal of IRCTC.when our balance have been debit from my A/C SBi but ticket go on failed status .i have complaint to customer representative of IRCTC but his manner not good and don't tell any specific report that returning of my debit amount so please take serioussally saction under consumer protection act 1986 with fraud case sir.
