IRTC DEDUCTED MY MONEY BUT DIDI NOT BOOK

I had booked a ticket from RNC to NDLS on 25/03 morning and the amount Rs. 874 has been deducted from my account but the ticket show in my booked history. This happened after showing a message "session has expired"
