I have placed a order for "SUPER FAMILY PACK 1 YEAR SUBSCRIPTION" dated 26/05. despite of several mail and phone call, they are not responding properly and the order has not despatched till now. The payment of subscription was made by my credit card.
I never expect this type of service from India Today Group. they are really cheating to people.
