With refrance to your mail i wold like to imform you that i return the nokia mobile at time of dilivary on janyuary My Booking Id is 110053053 & AUTH code is 093147 for nokia Mobile phone Transection till the date i cant recived my refund amount, i attached the scaned copy my credit card statement which reflect payment of the same paid by me Rs 5498.00 through credit card, i send So many emails & Making Call to Company Customer care tel. no. every time make commetment for 7 to 21 days for refund the amonnt,
Please solve the matter and Do Needfull to refund my ammount,
