Im user of Loop Mobile my no-9821654972 im using net in my mobile when im downloarding video song it nt hapens thats why i called customer care on 6th may regards net downloard they told we are taking ur request and on7th may by 11am u will receive call from are technical deptment i didnt receive call till8.30pm again i call customer care but again they are telling with in 4hour u will receive call how many tme i call no response
