Not getting my product since a log time

I hate shopping mginger really... It was the worst online shopping experience yet!!!

I have ordered a product and got a confirmation call next day and the guy asked me to deliver product in 5-7 days...

But i could not get my product even its about two weeks.

i dropped lot of email but no reply!!! that's limit!!!
