I had placed an order for I9 Iphone from Naaptol in Jul order number 580667. The product received was defective and I asked for a complete refund of my amount. I had received a cheque after number of calls in Sept 10 when I was outstation and the cheque was returned back to Naaptol. Till date I am chasing them through number of calls and emails to resend me the same cheque, but the only standard answer I get from their pathetic call center is "You will receive your refund amount in 10 days" but they never commit any specific date. This shows how serious they are in solving customer complaints.
Stay away from the fraud company called Naaptol and save your hard earned money from these thieves. I would sincerely like to file a suit against this company and make sure it closes down.
