I bought one Handset Blackberry 8110 @ 5999/- from Naaptol.com. This was procured last week and found defective. It was brought to notice of Naaptol.com thrice but no response.
They have no courtesy to call back customer even. I feel it is a organised cheating with the people who buy the goods on line. Such companies donot have offices and support centers.
Pl. suggest what to do with such companies.
