Naaptol is testing my patience. I returned the product but came back twice.
firstly, they told me to send the defective mobile to the given address. After sending it, it came back saying that the authorized person has refused to accept the courier.
Last night, I talked to one of their customer service representatives and he told me that the product is already delivered. But today I came to know that the product has got returned back again.
Today they gave me some different address for the defective product to be sent again.
This is really time consuming and no guarantee that it would be returned on time.
Kindly take serious action and refund my money as soon as possible.
This thing can happen to other people also.
