I have purchased on VOX mobile for 3499 299 Delivery charges. After receiving the product I found MRP of the product is 2999/- and product sent to me was a used product and the blue tooth handsfree was missing. After discussing with the customer care i returned the product to Naptol mentioned address

and confirmed he receipt of the same. Its almost 1 month over they are not returning my money Rs 3798/- there is no response from the customer care. Please let me know how to getback the money.
