I have paid a sum of RS 2633 (you trident plus modem deposit) on 25the june.you broadband representative mr. chennakeshava (sales officer 9164545444) he Told thee installation will be done in 3-4 days.but no one has at least contacted me still 1the July. I did not get any kind of conformation sms or email from your side.i have contacted your customer care call number and registered a complaint (complaint number:- 2012062814075). every time i call your call center theey say thee problem will be solved in 24 hrs..but no one turns back again.

after some days (after 5 days) time YOUBROADBAND customer service men called me and said theat "I CAN'T GIVE YOU A CONNECTION IN YOUR AREA (theis must but checked buy you when you are taking money) HE SAID THE MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED IN 10 WORKING DAY'S IN THE FORM OF CHEQUE.(for taking money you people come same day evening it self). Theh i Have contacted thee Nodal officer (Subramaniam S) of YOU BROADBAND thee same day he told thee re-payment will be done in 15-20 day's. But still now no one turned back and it has been 1 MONTH since i have paid money but st ii now no REFUND.
