Parts missing from the product

Order no.3443849, paid in full by my side, Product- Mothercare feeding starter set.

Inspite of many complaints by phone and email, i'm not receiving the missing parts if the order. Customer care or any concerned department has not communicated any status update on their own even once till date and are least bothered to give me any proper response. The only statement I'm hearing from last 1 month is " That it will be shipped in next two days"...
