I had placed an order for a Nokia phone in Indiatimes shopping web-site on Dec 21. Order number - 8000050596. I had called the customer care on Dec 26 and they advised that it will be shipped on Dec 28. Now today (Dec 27) they called and told that Indiatimes is shopping is cancelling the order from their end stating that they do not have stock. They are not ready to refund the amount immediately as well. Already they enjoyed full money with them for a week now and taking another 5 working days (1 week) is not acceptable. If the company do not have stock, they should not accept order. This is cheating and I request authorities to fine the company for this kind of practice. Thanks
